So, I’ve been learning Android. There’s all sorts of stuff that applies to android that isn’t immediately obvious just from knowing how to program, such as registering things in the Manifest File. Or how to do the UI, views, what the android model of application flow (activities, etc.) It’s all stuff that won’t make much sense unless you’re actually into android development, but it’s stuff you have to know.
This is all coming from a development contract I’m doing to write an Augmented Reality application. Fun fun–I think doing an AR art project is definitely a possibility on the horizon–especially since I’ve been learning how to use Blender.
Other than that, I started sketching out a massive picture on canvas board. It’ll become a traditional painting–unless I go with a different drawing on one of the other two canvas boards I bought.
So, fun stuff on the horizon, and I’ll eventually be able to port Legend of Luth to android. Woot.
The latest version of Legend of Luth is available for download here.
