New Artwork up:
A recent drawing I finished. No actual connection to a roleplaying session, but a story emerged in my head as I made this. The woman is a dancer/fencer from a nomadic family, who was enchanted by a sorcerer. She now continuously generates Aether which she can use to do impossible things–like form the wings or glowing sphere you see. The masked strongman with the tail is a bit of a mystery, as he basically never speaks, and when he does, he says little. Why he has a tail and why he hides his face, nobody knows.
The front figure is known only as the “Cartographer.” No one is ever sure whether they are over- or under-estimating him. His position in the group seems trivial, and he seems so plain, but there’s something about him that makes one pause and ask whether there’s something lying under the surface.
