Lazulite Charcoal

Rough, I know, but I decided to draw a character of mine, Lazulite, for the first time in a while. Outside of Legend of Luth, I haven’t done a whole lot in anime style recently, but I felt like drawing this guy again. He’s an ambitious, if somewhat effeminate looking lightning mage. He actually plans to become the master of all lightning, a lofty dream that sends him on an extremely complex and difficult journey.
